We moved into our new (to us)home and the hot water system was not performing as I expected it to.Trent listened patiently to two non plumbers explaining what we observed and then he went to work, gave us a diagnosis and after ordering the parts (confirming the cost with us first) had the problem solved.The water is so hot now I actually have to start adjusting it down from 100% hot water. Very happy with the result.

We recently had a water softener and associated filters retro fitted to our fairly new home. Our main concern was that we wanted the work to be neat and well executed. Trent came to quote and we were very impressed with his understanding of the work and how he would carry it out. The softener was installed by Ollie and we cannot speak highly enough of his work beautifully done. The whole job was completed in one day which included concrete coring an electrician and trenching for new pipes. Very pleased with the end result can highly recommend Trent & Ollie. Penelope & David

These guys helped out so much with the install on our coffee shop. The coffee machine, sinks, waste, ice machines everything worked amazing from day dot and have had no faults in the 2 years we have been operating. Always willing to help.

Trent was quick to respond to my request to locate and repair a leak in a water pipe under a driveway. Dane was soon on the scene and promptly, expertly and cheerfully dealt with the problem. I would recommend this business as being competent, prompt and cost effective.
