Updated response to provide detail to owner.Goods attended through my property manager, the toilet broke again within a few months, I sent another plumber this time and they reported that parts Goods charged for were broken or needed replacing soon. Finally when I get through to the property managers, Goods attended again, reported that they didn't actually replace all items charged for so they replaced these for free". Woop de doo.No explanation

Expensive. Tried to charge a $120 call out fee. The plumber had just been down the road from us and we never agreed to pay a call out fee. When we agreed to get the job done, there was a leak in the pipe leading to the system. Goods did send a plumber out again to fix it. It still leaks. We put a plant under it because there's no point in calling them out again.

This company responded to me straight away when I called, had a plumber here within the 1.5 hrs they advised and the service was very good. They explained very clearly prior to them taking the job what the costs were going to be for a Sunday which is much appreciated upfront. Their plumber Lee went over and above to help with cleaning up a sewage pipe burst. Having a company do what say, be on time and provide good service is worth everyone knowing. We highly recommend them.

Have used Goods a number of times and as always a great service- quality of workmanship is the best on the market. The great thing is when you ring the guys they always come when the others don't - especially for small home repairs when the others don't bother coming out because the job is too small.I had a storm water run off drain upgraded, job was done in a day.

The plumber and electrician who installed the replacement hot water water system were excellent. Clean, efficient, high quality work and so friendly and polite. Along with the original plumber who inspected the fault and the two apprentices who also attended, I was super impressed.If the director, Darren is judged on the quality of the young tradies he employs, then his management is likely to be superb too.Well done Goods Property Services!
