I think it was Phil (or was it Bill?) who serviced our residence, replacing our leaking shower taps. He is indeed very experienced and professional, on time, and explained clearly what he was doing and why. He is very thorough and doesn’t cut corners. He even pointed out to me that our new gas hot water system was not done up to code (by a different company). If you want someone you can trust to get a thorough job done and not fleece you, this is the place to go.

Over charged rude smirky650 for 3 tap washers 1 and half hours slow work.. said 60 discount.. will take it back if complain.. we did.. object..just laughed ..I am type 1 needed him gone to have lunch ..asked my friend to turn water off.. too lazy to do .. never will I use this shark ever again..He may also come under another business name i am told .had magnet sign on van.. so many alarms went off.. especially when couldn't give a quote .up front...190 call out 50 per half hour.. he cannot add up.. 72.50 for 3 washers.. wa news paper looked him up he prays on older pensioners .. please get in writing what a job will cost..

$$$$$$ expect minimum $380 for a repair job ( see attached receipt)Be very cautious of this business!Wanted card details upfront and I now realise why, told me $190 on phone for 1 hour service, but also tacked on $190 callout that wasn't mentioned. Was surprised to see I was also charged km even though the job was in Osborne Park and he is located in Joondanna.I tried to support a local business and it has bitten me on the backside. For example I recently had a burst water pipe that Tap Doctor fixed for $680 which included leak detection and pipe repair, removal of paver and reinstatement. All he done was replace a $12 valve.Oh well, I'll take this one on the chin, but what goes around comes around sir.Im guessing this is a a dodgy business. Read the bad reviews, he belittles and attacks their credibility yet they seem genuine. The positive reviews are all generic lacking in detail.I look forward to the vicous reply, he hasn't replied to my texts after i queried his invoicing, I'm sure he'll reply to this to save face.

We were extremely disappointed with this company, which charged us $815.76 (GST inclusive) for unsuccessfully attempting to repair our Miele dishwasher, which was not draining. My elderly husband thought the problem may have related to a blockage in the outlet hose or drain, so he called the plumber. It turned out to be a simple electrical issue, which an authorised Miele repair tradesman fixed for a fraction of the price a few days later. The plumber charged to attend our apartment in Scarborough and clean the filters and check the outlet hose"
