awful company. they will try to rip you off.they have a different ad for each different suburb (still links to same phone number and website) because they know they will get a low rating if they only had one.use them and they WILL scam you.

Arrived on time with friendly and professional conduct, and completed the water leak repairs efficiently. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

Had a burst water pipe right before the in-laws where supposed to arrive and I was stressing because me mother in law is a bit of a nightmare! long story short I called Metro Plumping and Lindon popped around lickety spilt, quick professional service and a real top bloke might I say. I can’t recommend this mob enough and will definitely be using these guys again

Recently, I had a hot water hose blow underneath my bathroom sink. Rang Jim’s Plumbing at 7.30pm and was told that there’d be a $140 call out fee and that Metropolitan Plumbing will be at my house between 9 and 12 pm. I ended up ringing back at 12pm to see why they weren’t here and was told that they were on their way. I was stunned to hear that installing a simple $10 hose was going to cost me $739, in addition to the $140 cost of the call out fee. I fully understand it was an after hour job but $880 in total! Though it was my choice not to accept this price, I felt pressured to fix the problem on the spot given I had waited nearly 5 hours and had no water for my kids and had to work the next day. If I had known earlier that this company was one of the more expensive ones (as explained to me when I called the next day and was kindly refunded the $140) I could have organised another quote. I cannot fault the serviceman’s workmanship as he completed the job quickly and in a professional manner, but I will not be using their services in the future. Far too expensive for a small job.

Asked for a plumbing item to be attached to my toilet and was told they can supply and install the part. They refused to quote even a ballpark figure but made it sound standard over the booking. The plumber arrived barely looked and then said $4000 plus parts. I obviously declined as bunnings sells the item for $200 so the $4000 installation seemed absurd. I then had to pay more than $140 for the guy to spend 5 minutes in my home and offer a rediculous quote. Will never call or recommend them ever.
