Called our regular plumber when we noticed water leaking beneath our kitchen sink but they never got back to us. Spoke to a friend who recommended Plumbtechnics and gave them a call. Spoke to Kris who got one of his team to come out and look at what needed to be done. Chris the plumber was friendly, efficient and solved our leaking pipe problem in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumbtechnics who helped us when our regular plumber did not.

My Brand new house had a burst pipe in the ceiling.I just heard today we have to repair the ceiling, walls and floor.Not sure how these guys are still operating.

I would have gave them 0 if there is an option.Our first 2 years in our newly constructed dream house had been a mere nightmare.3x burst pipe within 12 months and damaged all my home theatre equipment. We never had a peaceful complete year in the house because tradies were come and go to repair the damages cause by the unprofessional and very poor workmanship.Burst pipe happened again last Saturday and completely ruined our long weekend. I need to be home to close and open the main water valve whenever we need water.I am not plumber but bending the 22mm pipe in a a very narrow radius and stressing the pipe wall doesn't make sense to me.

We recently built and the only trade that we have had unprofessional services and trouble with is Plumbtechnics. Our plumber Dan is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. We had water Corp check our second water leak caused by Plumbtechnics work and they allowed as a water leak allowance in good faith. Dan completely refused to sign ( water Corp were shocked and have never had this happen) as he said ‘the water leak is not my problem and it is your fault’ even though Plumbtechnics are the only once who have touched our pipes. Finally after many stressful phone calls and aggressive conversations (being sworn at by Dan) our building company were finally able to get Plumbtechnics to sign (still don’t know why Dan wouldn’t). Would not recommend to any of my family and friends as I wouldn’t want to cause them the unnecessary stress.
