I recently used O'Brien Plumbing Joondalup for a suspected leak on my HWU and they fit me in the very next day. The receptionist was lovely to deal with and their tradesman was ontime and professional. Very happy with their service and will definintely use them again!

Have used Lakeside Plumbing and Gas a few times over the years. They have always been easy to deal with and their quality of work has been good. The tradesmen have also been extremely polite. The boss did the quote for one job and he was a nice guy as well.

Had a new dishwasher delivered and needed to have plumber in attendance to disconnect old unit and fit the replacement.Choose O’ Brian to do the job and needed to carefully coordinate the plumbers time on site with the arrival of the new dishwasher.Everything went without a hitch and the work was professionally carried out to my satisfaction.

The entire team at Lakeside Plumbing and Gas have been awesome.Very quick service and were on site within the hour.The Plumbers were very great and fixed our issue promptly and the Reception coordinated everything perfectly.Highly recommended and very well priced!

Avoid. We had O'Brien Plumbing Joondalup replace our broken cistern tank. The replacement plastic cistern they installed has dual-flush buttons (one smaller button next to a larger button), but it is NOT dual-flush. Both buttons function exactly the same: it will only flush for as long as you hold one of the buttons down. As soon as you release, it stops flushing.I told them it does not work correctly and asked them to replace it. They came out and said that's how it works, that's the only model they carry, and said that only ceramic cisterns are dual flush. Which is completely false. Why are they installing junk cisterns that deceptively appear to be dual-flush but are not?When replacing the cistern, they also replaced the flat plastic piece (the 'link') that acts as a cover for the area between the cistern and the seat. Except it didn't fit correctly with our existing soft-close seat. So rather than supply a cheap soft-close seat that would fit with their bottom-of-the-barrel cistern, they hack-sawed up the new plastic piece to make it fit. This just isn't quality service.Now a few months later, the cistern is acting up. Appalling service and zero integrity.

I called Lakeside Plumbing for a small job. I have used them a number of times over the years. Unbeknown to me, they are now O’Brien Plumbing and Gas. Two lads turned up to my house. They were not wearing masks and did not don a mask at any time while they were in my home. Not only is this in contravention of the current mask mandate, but my husband and I are elderly and therefore at a higher risk of hospitalisation if we contract Covid. Such absolute disregard for their customers means I won’t be using them again.Note that I did ring the owner and it was suggested that this was my fault as I should have told the guys to wear a mask. Apparently, I'm the mask police now!!4 months later, the tap was starting to cease up. My husband went to change the washer which Lakeside had replaced, but he found out that the seat had not been cleaned out when the washers were replaced. It is worth noting that I have just had to have a plumber come out and change the pipework to the hot water system they installed five years ago. They installed the heater, but didn't bother changing the very deteriorated pipes. Worth noting that it cost me about the same to have that done by a different plumber as it did to have two washers changed by Lakeside.Seriously - give them a very wide berth.

Organised with Andrea, for the install of a natural gas conversion kit into our new BBQ and to repair a minor leak for 7am.Anton arrived on time and carried out the work really quickly despite having to head out for a new part. Really nice guy and gave great advice on an issue with the historic location of the HWS relative to current Regs, and also the information to get hold of an ASCON flimsy of our foul water install. Finally I contacted Stacey in the office in paying the invoice which was clear and detailed the work and costs.All the staff I dealt with were professional and great to deal with.Would recommend and also use ongoing on any other issues that may ariseThanks very much
