I first found out that my water heater was not working on a Friday evening, upon returning home after a trip to Malaysia. I got the Chromagen contact from my builder as the heater was installed as part of the house package. Upon contacting the HQ, Chromagen put in in touch with New Way Plumbing in WA as their local representative. Mark from New Way had received the Job Request and he sent me an sms, all of this was in a day. I called him back and explained my situation. Mark went above and beyond the call of duty by getting me to make a video of the problem, to save him coming out and charging me 180 dollars or so. So I opened the cover of the the water heater, saw the issue was a leak in the heat exchanger, took pictures and a video, and uploaded this to Chromagen. Mark was very clear in his instructions. He even guided me to email them, and gave me the name of the person in charge, and her email. I sent the email immediately and the next day followed up with a call to Chromagen HQ. They promptly issued a Job Order for Mark to come and replace my entire gas hot water heater. He initially believed he had a spare unit with him, but he called me to verify the capacity. It was 20 liters per minute, and not the same as the unit he had. He sent his team to the warehouse the same day to pick up the correct model. I was amazed and surprised how fast it was done, I even told Mark it could be done the next day, but he was insistent to get it done on the same day. His technician arrived with the correct model hot water heater at 130pm, exactly the time Mark told me he would come. And hey presto, within 3 hours, I had a brand new hot water system, with a new 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger. I just had to pay the labour and installation cost, which I accept as fair. I could not be happier with Chromagen and New Way. They are professional to deal with. It is a joy to see that they take their commitment to get the job done, in as short a time as possible. This was invaluable, as I had been showering in a neighbours house since the Friday, and the new heater was installed on the 4th of October (Tuesday). Thanks a lot. Nash Bhullar.

Greg is a very nice guy, responsive to queries and professional. Our company engaged him to carry ouy big subdivision development on sewer and water services pre-lay.
