After being severley let down by my usual plumber I went onto the Real Plumbing and Gas website and made an enquiry. I received a phone call within a few minutes and Haydn was on site within 10 minutes. All work completed for a burst water pipe and cut out of concrete within the hour. Very impressive, very knowledgeable, responsive and no messing about when it came to the job. What a wonderful professional operator and company, so refreshing to find such a pearl of a business. Highly recommend. This is now my go to plumbing and gas company. Thanks so much again.

4 years ago I drove through the water metre on the weekend which caused a huge water explosion. Haydn was able to come fix it within 30 minutes of contacting him. I texted Haydn at 7pm this Sunday (I don’t encourage this but had to confirm I still had the right number) he responded immediately and scheduled a time to come view a new water metre leakage the next day. He was right on time and very professional and knowledgeable through his interactions. Highly recommend

Haydn has done several jobs for us and is, hands down, the most reliable plumber in our area. Our initial contact with him was for a third opinion and since then he has been our go-to guy for any plumbing because he’s so knowledgeable and doesn’t try to convince you to go with a much more expensive job than is needed! I really cannot recommend him enough, and while I hope our home no longer has any plumbing issues I rest easy knowing that at least we have someone reliable and friendly that we can trust to handle it, no muss no fuss.
