i requested a plumber and was contacted and an appointment made same day within an hour. The plumber attended at the agreed time and completed the job quickly and efficiently 'Unlike most trades people of today he did a meticulous job and cleaned up all mess. Great to see a company that has the old school work ethic.I would use them again anytime. Highly recommended.

Mark and his team present professionalism and responsiveness like no other trade business I've encountered. The information they give is done in a very neutral tone. Advice given is non partisan, straightforward, honest, non sugarcoated and non exaggerated.A long time ago, a mentor once told me that knowing your trade is all good, but if you are able to combine hands-on skills with that of college-graduate like intellect and reasoning and ethics of a good person, that is an unstoppable force - and it is what Titan Plumbing and Civil is.

Titan plumbing are exceptional, I was recommended them by another plumber who couldn't help with our job and I was impressed from the start. They had clear communication, were thoughtful and did a great job with a great price. One thing that stood out to me was how Mark worked with his apprentice, he had the ability to clearly explain what he was doing and why to the person learning from him. I'm a teacher and the only way to teach something this well is if you really know what you are doing.Plus they were thoughtful with the clean up too!

Great team of professional plumbers who take pride in their quality of work. Fast to respond and resourceful in getting the job done. Mark was great on the phone explaining what would happen and Connor was punctual, worked fast and cleaned up after himself. From phone call to job completed was 3 hours.... can't ask for better than that a week before Christmas! Highly recommend these guys and will definitely use them again next time.
