Great service from Ian. I had an unusual and tricky sewer problem to deal with. Ian was very good at communicating and helping me diagnose the issue, then was able to rectify in one session. Has all the right gear and is a professional operator. Highly recommended.

We have had other services clear a drain problem which has been recurring almost annually over the last 4 1/2 years. This time I called Ian at Drains Plus. Ian not only cleared the drain but found a broken pipe which has been the root cause" of the problem recurring. He replaced the broken bits of pipe and did the whole job in one visit. Ian and his team are 5 star. Their communication, response time, effectiveness on the job and price were all excellent. They quickly identified and fixed a significant sewerage problem and left the site clean & tidy with advice that the fix was long term and we should not see any further issue. First plumbers to find the blockage and clear it permanently by removing blocked section. Others just snake it and 3 months after problem is back again. Not any more. Great work!

We contacted Drains Plus from a google search, we looked at the reviews, all very positive, called the number, spoke to Ian on Thursday afternoon, discussed that he was busy and could schedule for Monday, which is fine, a service provider with great reviews and busy work schedule is always a good sign of quality service. Monday Ian turned up as per the email got the office shower drain all unblocked and flowing perfectly, he cleaned up afterwards and was very neat and tidy, he left without any issue. Will use Drains Plus again for our other rental properties and commercial buildings. A simple no fuss, service with a great value for money price. A very happy customer.
